Dear Hirrum,
This letter is overdue for the fine service you provided us last fall. I had looked and looked for entertainment centers and either I couldn't find exactly what I had in mind or the price was beyond our budget. You listened to what I liked and disliked about various models in your store and mixed and matched features to custom design something I liked and could afford!
The furniture arrived the week you told me it would. There was a small spot on one of the doors in which the color was not even; you sent someone out the same afternoon to repaint the door to match the rest of the doors. Afterwards, I could not tell that door from the others.
You even ordered (with no added mark-up) matching knobs for all my kitchen cabinets to give my family room (where the entertainment center is) and my kitchen a more unified look. I am very happy with the professional, cohesive look this provided.
Most astonishing was that you gave me your personal e-mail address and told me to contact you at any time with questions and concerns. You even answered these e-mail within 24 hours and sometimes during evenings and weekends. No one else offers this kind of personal service!
I give you permission to post this letter on your website if you like, as I would like others to know what a great experience it is to do business with you. Next time I need furniture that your store sells, I will come to you first... and I won't hesitate to recommend you to my friends and neighbors.

"I purchased a Beautiful desk and hutch for my home office at "In Your Office" a couple of years ago. After excellent service at the store and with the delivery, I found a couple of the drawers were difficult to open. They sent two men immediately to my home to correct this problem. Now after a couple of years I found the light in my hutch burned out. When I had a lot of difficulty finding this very small bulb I called them and they came to my rescue again. I have been very impressed with exceptional people and service at this store. I highly recommend them!"

Although we have worked together for over ten years, and you have always provided us the most attentive and personalized service, you have totally out-done yourself with our most recent purchase of a custom made conference room table. The table is beautiful and more than even we could have expected. You went out of your way to ensure that this would be a show-piece for us and we couldn't be happier.
The quality of the products you have provided to us over the past ten years has been unsurpassed. It looks as good today as it did when you delivered it years ago. Our clients all comment about how beautiful our office is, which is only enhanced by the furniture.
No matter what the request you are always able to find a solution, even if it is something you don't normally sell or stock.
